You can now make reservations through our online reservation form.
We offer you the possibility of booking directly with the owner without any intermediary.
Reservation condition are:
• A deposit of 25% of the price lf the reserved period. It will become effective, upon confirming the availability of your reservation.
• Payment is to be made by credit card, via the internet, or telephone, or bank transfer.
• More people than stipulated on the contract (including children) are not permitted.
• Minimum stay of 2 days, 3 days in Easter and Christmas. Whole bank holidays.
• The complex is not to be used for bachelor parties or similar. Those who reserve the Complex with this intention will lose their refund and right to stay.
The rest of the reservation price will be paid one week in advance, prior the stay.
With this payment we will provide you with a receipt (via e-mail or fax) that must be presented in order to receive keys.
Payment for other services will be made upon departure.
In the case of a change of date, notification must be given at least 15 days in advance.
Check-in time is after 5 p.m. and check-out is before 2 p.m. (unless agreed to otherwise).
Keys are available until 8 p.m. on the day of check-in (if this is not possible, notify it by telephone [0034] 666 060 222).
Outside visitors are not permitted without express permission personnel.
